- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment - Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity - Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and software installations - Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system - Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights - Support remote users through VPN connections - Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and routers - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role - Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and practices - Familiarity with DNS, VPN, and IT infrastructure components - Proficient in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is a plus If you are a motivated individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service and has a passion for technology, we would love to hear from you.
