The State Group is seeking Accounting Coordinators to support the Finance Team with Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable on the Blue Oval City job site in Stanton, Tennessee.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Analyze documents daily, match paperwork, and enter information into the system.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately.
Reconcile expense reports, credit cards, gas cards, and vendor invoices.
Reconcile reports, ledgers, and spreadsheets, and run routine reports, filings, and queries.
Ensure processes are completed in compliance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the Business Code of Conduct.
Communicate necessary information to other stakeholders including operations, purchasing, vendors, customers, and finance.
Work with suppliers to follow up on documentation as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper files and records.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM 4
years of accounts payable or receivable experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel spreadsheet knowledge, and experience with related software and databases.
Ability to manage shifting priorities, strong time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to professionally handle a fast-paced environment.
